Agreements may be assigned to the member by their chapter through your GreekBill account. You will be able to view and access these agreements at any time. Agreements may include, but not limited to, contracts or payment plans, as governed by the chapter.
There are two types of Agreements to account for:
Mandatory: A contract that is deemed mandatory by the chapter. If the chapter has assigned the member a mandatory contract, you will be prompted upon login to sign this contract before you can access other areas of your GreekBill account. Mandatory contracts may include Chapter By-Laws contracts, Financial Obligation contracts, Housing contracts, and more.
Optional: Alternatively, optional contracts are not deemed mandatory, and can be found under the Agreements tab of your GreekBill account. Optional contracts are to be signed at your own discretion. Optional agreements may include payment plans, etc.
Read below to learn how to view and sign your agreements:
1. From your Dashboard, click on Agreements.
Note: There are different contracts that are being offered to different accounts. Please be aware of which contract you intend to sign.
2. Select your contract from your list of agreements, and click Sign Now
3. Enter in your information in the yellow highlighted sections of the contract
- Click "I agree..." to accept the terms of the contract
4. Click Submit when you are finished
All signed and unassigned contracts will be saved onto your GreekBill account. At your own convenience, you may access them at any time under the Agreements tab from your Dashboard. To learn how to view/download your contracts, click here.
