How do I get charges removed?

If you believe that you do not owe a charge on your account, or if a charge does not apply to you, please contact your chapter officer. Your chapter is responsible for all charges on greekbill, and may have added an incorrect charge to your account. Please notify your chapter immediately so they can make the proper adjustments and remove any invalid charges.
