The error message shows up when a returned payment occurs. This happens when:
- An E-Check payment has incorrect banking information
- The bank account synced has insufficient funds
- A “stop payment” is put on a paper check
- A credit card dispute.
All returned payments are subject to a $25.00 Returned Payment Fee, as stated on our payment page. The best way to avoid a Returned Payment Fee is to sync your bank account and using it as a payment method. This way, our system will notify you instantly if we can process your payments.
