Understanding your Dashboard

 

1. Your account will have your name at the top followed by your account number.

2. Your profile picture will allow you to personalize your account. Learn how to upload your profile picture, click here

3. Notifications section will give provide you with alerts that require your attention. Learn more about them, click here

4. View different data points from your account:

• Pending charges are charges that have not yet been invoiced
• Total balance is your current balance plus pending charges
• Current balance includes all invoiced charges minus posted payments
• Due date is when the amount invoiced should be paid by.

5. This page allows users to submit a payment. Want to learn how to submit a payment? Click here

6. Users have the ability to activate or deactivate their Auto Payment. For your Auto Payment settings, click here
