Depending on whether or not you are signed into GreekBill, there are two ways to reset your password. Any any time, you may update your password through your account settings.
If cannot sign into your account because you don't remember your password, you may reset it at the login screen. By clicking on the reset password button, you will receive a temporary password email from GreekBill with instructions on how to log into your account.
Here's how you can update your password through your account settings:
1. From your Dashboard, click on Settings
2. Click on Password
3. Enter in your Current Password
- Enter in your New Password, then re-enter it again
Note: The new password must match, otherwise your password will not be saved
3. Click Apply and you should be all set
Your password is now updated. You will receive an email from GreekBill Support notifying you that your password has changed. If you do not receive an email from GreekBill, please contact GreekBill Support and we'll be happy to help!
