Downloading Payment Details

All payment details are made available through your GreekBill profile. Payment details will include information such as payment date, payment amount, payment type, a reference number, and the last 4 digits of the account you paid with. You may access, view and download your payment details at any time for your own record keeping.

Here's how to download payment details:

1. From your Dashboard, click on Accounts
   
   

Note: Please note which account you are currently viewing as you may have more than one account

2. On the Account Activity window, click on the Payments tab on the top left to filter payments only

3. Select a Payment under the Type column

4. Click on Download Payment Details

Downloaded payment details will be saved onto your computer in PDF format. If you are unable to download the file, please make sure that you have Adobe Reader or the proper application available on your computer.
