How to Set-Up Auto Payments

greekbill Auto Payment is a convenient way to pay your bill every month. greekbill will automatically withdraw your payment every month according to your payment schedule, using your preferred payment method. If you have more than 1 account, you may enroll in Auto Pay for each additional account. greekbill Auto Payment is available at no extra charge to help you make sure your bill is paid on time, hassle free. 

There are two type of Auto Payment options:

• Enrolling in Auto Payment without being on a payment plan: This will allow you to set up automatic payments any time there is a balance on the account. Auto Payment will charge your preferred payment method during your chapter's billing cycle due date.
• Activating Auto Payment while on a Payment Plan, will automatically charge your preferred payment method according to the payment schedule specified in your payment plan.

To Turn Auto Payment On:

1. From your Dashboard, click Turn On Auto Payment.

Note: You may have multiple accounts; please select the correct account you wish to turn on Auto Payment.

2. Select your Payment Method

3. Select Yes, Turn On Auto Payment

To Turn Off Auto Payment

1. From your Dashboard, Select the account you wish to turn Off Auto Payment.

2. Click on Modify

Note: You may have multiple accounts; select the account you want to turn Auto Payment off.

3. Click Turn Auto Payment Off to disable it for your selected account.

4. Select Yes, Turn Off Auto Payment
